Subsequent Events
In October 2014, the Company entered into a ten-year agreement with SES S.A. for satellite capacity starting in the first half of 2015. The agreement with SES S.A. will provide the Company with global satellite coverage and the ability to participate in future technology improvements in Ku-band satellite solutions.
