Matt Schlueter
Director
Matthew Schlueter serves as President, Wealth Management Solutions for Advisor Group, one ofthe nation’s largest networks of independent financial advisors, overseeing more than $190 billion in total client assets under administration. In this role, Matt has overall responsibility for the Wealth Management Platform. He is also responsible for directing the continued deployment of the Genesis product, Advisor Group's all-account advisory solution, as well as its strategy, pricing, products and systems. This also includes the development of a competitive hybrid RIA pricing model, and the delivery of a digital platform, while ensuring all strategies and services meet regulatory requirements.
Matt joined the organization in 1997 from The Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta where he worked in budgeting and accounting. Matt worked in various capacities within Operations including supporting technology in the bank channel as well as various leadership roles in New Accounts, Customer Service, Advisory Services, Trading, and Registrations.
In 2007, Matt assumed network responsibilities for the Service Teams for all Advisor Group firms. In addition to this, he also led network responsibilities for Securities Registration, Technology Support Services, and Clearing. Moreover, he led several large initiatives including re-pricing all products and services, and clearing firm initiatives.
In 2012, Matt became Executive Vice President, Strategy & Advisor Experience, where he over saw several operational responsibilities including trading, advisor support (call centers), pricing, and clearing relations. In addition to his business intelligence, data warehousing, and reporting responsibilities, Matt became Chief Administrative Officer for Advisor Group in 2014, leading initiatives within supervision, product diligence, lA platform management, and vendor relations. From 2015 until April 2017, Matt was Advisor Group’s Chief Operating Officer, where he aligned the Operations vision to meet the Firm’s business goals and objectives.
Schlueter received his B.A. in Economics from Emory University in 1996 and holds FINRA licenses7, 24, 63, 53, and 55.
