NOTE 6 - RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS The Company leases its office space from another entity that is owned by a deminimus stockholder. Rent expense paid to the related party was $19,575 and $26,184 for the three months ended June 30, 2011 and 2010, respectively. For the nine months ending June 30, 2011 and 2010, rent expense paid to the related party was $62,973 and $78,129, respectively. |

- Definition
The entire disclosure for related party transactions, including the nature of the relationship(s), a description of the transactions, the amount of the transactions, the effects of any change in the method of establishing the terms of the transaction from the previous period, stated interest rate, expiration date, terms and manner of settlement per the agreement with the related party, and amounts due to or from related parties.
