At March 31, 2023 and September 30, 2022, property and equipment, net, is as follows:

Total Property and Equipment, net	$	17,099	$	15,142

Depreciation expense for the three months ended March 31, 2023 and 2022, was $1,282 and $960, respectively.

Depreciation expense for the six months ended March 31, 2023 and 2022, was $2,362 and $1,774, respectively.
