NOTES RECEVABLE	NOTE 4 - NOTES RECEVABLE On June 18, 2020, the Company entered into an unsecured note receivable in the amount of $10,000 with a shareholder which bears interest at 6% and matures on August 31, 2020 (See Note 8). On June 25, 2020, the Company entered into an unsecured note receivable in the amount of $15,000 with a shareholder which bears interest at 6% and matures on August 31, 2020 (See Note 8).

NOTE 4 - NOTES RECEVABLE

On June 18, 2020, the Company entered into an unsecured note receivable in the amount of $10,000 with a shareholder which bears interest at 6% and matures on August 31, 2020 (See Note 8).

On June 25, 2020, the Company entered into an unsecured note receivable in the amount of $15,000 with a shareholder which bears interest at 6% and matures on August 31, 2020 (See Note 8).
