The Company leases its office space from another entity that is also a stockholder. Rent expense paid to the related party was $10,696 and $10,284 for the three months ended March 31, 2016 and 2015, respectively and $21,089 and $23,105 for the six months ended March 31, 2016 and 2015, respectively. |
