NOTE 8 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS

In May 2009, the FASB issued accounting guidance now codified as FASB ASC Topic 855, “Subsequent Events,” which establishes general standards of accounting for, and disclosures of, events that occur after the balance sheet date but before financial statements are issued or are available to be issued. FASB ASC Topic 855 is effective for interim or fiscal periods ending after June 15, 2009. Accordingly, the Company adopted the provisions of FASB ASC Topic 855 on June 30, 2009.  Management has evaluated subsequent events for the period from June 30, 2015 the date of these condensed consolidated financial statements, through the date of the filing of August 14, 2015 and there have been no material subsequent events during that period.
