RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 7 - RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS The Company leases its office space from another entity that is also a stockholder. Rent expense paid to the related party was $14,178 and $20,835 for the three months ended March 31, 2013 and 2012, respectively and $27,738 and $40,221 for the six months ended March 31, 2013 and 2012, respectively.
