Account
A
total of $189,626,500 of the net proceeds from the Public Offering
and the private placement was placed in the Trust
Account.
As
of June 30, 2011, investment securities in the Company’s
Trust Account consist of $189,628,342 in money market funds meeting
certain conditions under Rule 2a-7 under the Investment Company Act
which invest only in direct U.S. government treasury
obligations.
