Harlan Kent

Chief Executive Officer and Director

Kent is an experienced CEO who has a strong track record of leading consumer-centric brands, growing profitability and creating shareholder value. As President and CEO of Yankee Candle, Inc., he led the organization through consistent growth in revenues, profits and shareholder value. During his tenure as President and CEO, Yankee Candle revenues more than doubled to $840 million and the company's market capitalization increased to $1.7 billion. During his tenure with Yankee Candle, Kent led the successful expansion of the company's go-to-market strategy including diversification of the product portfolio, emphasis on brand building and increase in channel distribution.

Kent's career has been marked with success in a range of evolving senior roles across category management, operations, business development and leadership in a number of global consumer companies including Alex and Ani, C. Wonder, Totes Isotoner Corporation, Olin Corporation, Campbell Soup Company and Dole Food Company. Kent began his career at Bain and Company as a consultant and holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Dartmouth College.

Mark Vendetti

Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer

Mark Vendetti joined Performance Sports Group as Chief Financial Officer in December of 2015.

A 30-year veteran of the business world with experience in finance and consumer products, Mr. Vendetti most recently served as CFO of Francesca's Holdings Corporation, a publically traded women's specialty retailer. Prior to his role with Francesca's Holdings Corporation, Mr. Vendetti held the position of Vice President, Finance for Abercrombie & Fitch from 2009-2013 and served as Senior Vice President for XM Satellite Radio Inc. from 2005-2008.

A graduate of Amherst College with a Masters of Business Administration from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration, Mr. Vendetti began his career with General Electric and held numerous positions of increasing responsibility with The Proctor & Gamble Corporation from 1989-2001, before joining the Sears Credit Division and Citigroup Inc., where he held the position of Vice President, Finance, Credit Card Products.

Angela Bass

Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources

Angela Bass has held this position since returning to Bauer in 2012. Prior to her return, Ms. Bass served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the Performance + Lifestyle Group (PLG), a division of Collective Brands, Inc. As a member of the senior leadership team with responsibility for leading all aspects of the human resources function for the division, Ms. Bass led organizational initiatives across all brands and functions with a focus on talent acquisition, talent management and development, and shared services integration activities. Prior to joining PLG, she held the position of Vice President, Human Resources, for the J. Jill Group and Vice President, Global Human Resources, for Sport Brands International. Ms. Bass joined the Bauer team in 2002 as a transfer from Nike, and held the role of Director, Global Human Resources. She joined Nike in 1996 and held various human resources roles of increasing responsibility.

Ms. Bass holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Sciences from Portland State University.

Paul Dachsteiner

Vice President of Information Services

Paul Dachsteiner has held this position since returning to Bauer in 2008. Prior to his return, Mr. Dachsteiner served as Chief Information Officer at Nike affiliate Cole Haan for two years. In addition to building shared services models between Nike and Cole Haan, Mr. Dachsteiner supported global retail stores while leading the transition of Cole Haan's point of sale systems and new store openings. In 2001, Mr. Dachsteiner began his role at Nike Bauer Hockey and worked closely with Nike to leverage shared services and deliver best-in-class services while reducing operating costs.

Mr. Dachsteiner has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from New Hampshire College.

Paul Gibson

Executive Vice President, Chief Supply Chain Officer

Paul Gibson has held this position since 2008 and is responsible for leading the company's Research, Design and Development, Supply Chain and Mergers and Acquisitions organizations. Prior to his current role, Mr. Gibson was the Senior Vice President of Product Creation. From 2001-2006, he held the position of Vice President, Global Manufacturing and Sourcing, which included responsibility for Research, Design and Development, Logistics and Distribution, Supply Planning, Quality and Nike Bauer's Taiwan Production and Development Operations. Mr. Gibson has extensive relationships with suppliers throughout Asia and led the transition from internal manufacturing at Bauer to outsourcing products in Asia including the development of Bauer's Asia Production and Development Operations located in Taichung, Taiwan.

Troy Mohns

Executive Vice President, New Business Development & Corporate Strategy

Troy Mohns has held this position since October 2012. In his previous role as Vice President, Business Development, Mr. Mohns led the acquisition and integration of the Company's fourth largest competitor and managed the separation from Nike including the creation of the current Bauer brand image and positioning. During his 12-year tenure with Nike Bauer, Mr. Mohns held roles in regional management, brand marketing, product marketing and strategic planning. He continues in an advisory role on mergers and acquisitions and other strategic opportunities.

Mr. Mohns has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Colgate University.

Dan Sills

Executive Vice President, Hockey

Matt Smith

Executive Vice President, Marketing

Matt Smith was named Executive Vice President, Marketing for Performance Sports Group in 2015 after serving as Vice President, Global Marketing for Bauer Hockey from 2008-2015. In that role, Matt led the marketing efforts for the BAUER brand and most recently, led the creation and launch of the hockey industry’s first ever manufacturer-owned retail experience – Bauer’s Own the Moment Hockey Experience. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Smith spent 12 years building brands and leading marketing teams at E&J Gallo Winery, Unilever Home and Personal Care and Gillette/Procter & Gamble.

Mr. Smith has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from the University of New Hampshire and a Masters in Business Administration from Vanderbilt University.

Mike Thorne

Executive Vice President, Baseball/Softball

Michael J. Wall

Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Michael Wall was named Executive Vice President, General Counsel in 2015 after holding the position of Vice President and General Counsel since 2008. In addition, Mr. Wall was appointed Corporate Secretary in 2011. Prior to joining Bauer, Mr. Wall held the position of Chief Legal Officer of the TD Garden and the Boston Bruins. During his 13 years in this role, he was the sole in-house attorney, providing legal support, advice and counsel to the executive management of the TD Garden, the Boston Bruins, Massachusetts Sportservice, New England Sportservice and H.A. Sportservice. He served as a member of the board of directors of the NHL Pension Society during this time and continues to serve on the board of directors of The Boston Bruins Charitable Foundation. Before joining the TD Garden and Boston Bruins executive teams, Mr. Wall was an attorney with Boston law firms Hinckley, Allen & Snyder and Goodwin Procter.

Mr. Wall has a Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of the Holy Cross and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Boston College Law School.
