Revolution Lighting Technologies Enters Into Strategic Distribution Partnership with Ganga Hospitality Corp

Partnership Will Expand RVLT’s LED Distribution Into Ganga’s Network of Over 12,000 Hotel, Hospital, Gas Station and Convenience Store Customers

STAMFORD, Conn.-- Revolution Lighting Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: RVLT) (“Revolution Lighting”), a leader in advanced LED lighting solutions, today announced that it has entered into a strategic distribution partnership with Ganga Hospitality Corp. (“Ganga”), a leading provider of equipment and financing to hotel, hospital, gas station and convenience store customers.

The partnership will significantly expand the distribution of Revolution Lighting’s LED lighting products into Ganga’s large and existing base of more than 12,000 customers. As part of the partnership, Ganga will deploy its team of over 30 professionals to focus on solely selling Revolution Lighting's LED lighting solutions and controls to its large base of customers. Through its affiliate, The Leasing Experts, Inc., Ganga will also provide its customers with financing to execute LED lighting projects with little or no upfront cash investment. In addition to providing Ganga with access to its world class portfolio of LED systems, Revolution Lighting will also provide services to support Ganga’s sales efforts.
