Optex Systems Announces Share Repurchase Program
RICHARDSON, TX -- (Marketwired) -- 03/02/17 -- Optex Systems Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: OPXS), a leading manufacturer of precision optical sighting systems for domestic and worldwide military and commercial applications, today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a share repurchase program of the Company's common stock. In addition, the independent directors shall constitute a board level committee that shall be authorized to approve the buy back of up to 1 million shares of the Company's common stock over the next 24 months from time to time at the request of management.
