On May 4, 2009, Registrant. issued a press release announcing that as of the result of the share exchange transaction with Optex Systems, Inc., and resulting name change to Optex Systems Holdings, Inc., effective as of May 1, 2009, FINRA has effected trading of Registrant’s common stock under the symbol “OPXS”.
