Regulation FD Disclosure

Cleartronic, Inc. announced today that it had formed a new operating division called, PeakPowerNet, that has developed a Demand Response energy management solution for consumers. The solution will include in-home controller devices that connect to an intuitive managed service platform provided by the company. PeakPowerNet will be presenting this solution at the Muni Smart Grid Summit being held in Bonita Springs, Florida on July 25 thru July 27 of 2011. A copy of the presentation materials used in connection with the presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
