The Registrant is unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2014, within the prescribed time period because the Registrant has not completed all of the information necessary to complete the Form 10-Q and the Registrants independent accountants need to finish their review of the Registrants financial statements for the quarter ended September 30, 2014.

The Registrant expects to report revenues for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2014 in the approximate range of $688,000 and $2,098,000 respectively. Its revenues for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2013 were $692,259 and $1,667,200 respectively. Its net income (loss) for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2013 were $118,148 and $(16,119) respectively. The Registrant expects to report net income for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2014, of approximately $78,000 and $352,000 respectively. The primary reason for the significant changes in net income relates to an increase in revenues of approximately $430,000 for the nine months September 30, 2014 compared to 2013.
