Alico, Inc. Announces Fiscal Year 2015 Third Quarter Dividend

Per Share Cash Dividend of $0.06 Cents to be Paid on July 15, 2015

FORT MYERS, Fla., June 08, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Alico, Inc. (“Alico”) (Nasdaq:ALCO), a holding company with assets and related operations in agriculture and natural resources, announced that its Board of Directors, at a meeting held on June 4, 2015, declared a third quarter cash dividend in the amount of $0.06 per share on its outstanding common stock. The dividend is to be paid to shareholders of record as of June 30, 2015, with payment expected on July 15, 2015.
