Webdigs, Inc. is building a Global Real Estate Technology Company. We are in the process of leveraging our proprietary technology, along with our know-how and capability, to execute our strategy both domestically and internationally. Webdigs combines the power of the web, along with proprietary technology, professional real estate agents, affiliated mortgage brokers and other service providers, to deliver a high touch, real estate buying and selling experience at a significantly lower price than that of the traditional real estate broker model. Webdigs offers unique, web-assisted, innovative and proprietary home search, purchase and sale capabilities. We have built our sites from the ground up, utilizing the MLS as a database and interfacing with it using our custom-built, proprietary, data-mining software. We have been operating since October, 2007 in the Twin-Cities (Minneapolis-St. Paul) metropolitan area and since November 2007 in South Florida. With the launch of IggysHouse.com in December of 2009, we can provide an excellent opportunity for home sellers to list their home free on their local MLS for one month and only $49.99 per month thereafter. This "pay as you go" service is offered now in Florida and Minnesota. We intend to be in at least 10 states by the end of 2010. Whether the consumer wants to sell their home on their own (IggysHouse) or prefers the help of a professional real estate brokerage team at a tremendous savings (Webdigs.com), we believe that our value for services provided and our one stop shopping experience are unmatched.

In 2007, residential real estate sales in the United States totaled over $1.5 trillion. In 2007 the median price of a single-family home was $222,273 and the median commission paid to real estate brokers came to $11,558 (5.2% of gross sale price).
Using a $350,000 home as an example, a buyer would make $4,725 and a seller would save $8,550 using Webdigs innovative solution.
In 2007, U.S. consumers paid nearly $80 billion on real estate broker services. Even if you discounted revenues down 25% from 2007 levels, if non-traditional real estate service providers such as Webdigs and IggysHouse can capture 5% of the total residential real estate brokerage market it would equate to a $3 billion opportunity.
