Voyager Oil & Gas, Inc. is a Montana corporation formed for the purpose of providing capital investments for acreage acquisitions and working interests in existing or planned hydrocarbon production with a special focus on scalable, repeatable natural gas plays with established operators. Our business focuses on properties in Montana, North Dakota, Colorado and Wyoming. We do not limit our focus to any single geographic area, however, because we want to remain flexible and intend to pursue the best opportunities available to us.
