Ron Hanna serves as President and CEO of PSM Holdings, Inc,. A lifetime entrepreneur, Hanna joined PrimeSource Mortgage, Inc. in 1997. His key role is to drive the company's growth, market share, and profitability through new business opportunities and strategic acquisitions. As a successful leader, Hanna is passionate about expanding the company and shareholder equity and believes that the company has a strong supportive organization, culture, and a powerful message to generate the desired results. Hanna combines a unique blend of business insight and practical experience in his leadership and vision for PSMH. Hanna, along with Jeff Smith, was instrumental in taking the private company, PrimeSource Mortgage, Inc., public in 2005. Since then, the company has moved from the Pink Sheets to the OTC BB. One of Hanna's primary goals is to expand the company's retail footprint and see the company on a senior stock exchange.

Jeffrey Smith, President and CEO of PrimeSource Mortgage, Inc., has 28 years of notable experience in the banking and mortgage industries. He opened the first office in Roswell, New Mexico, in early 1994, since PSMI grew into a multi-state lending operation with over 170 employees. Working closely with Ron Hanna in 2005, he brought the company public in 2005. He is a graduate of West Texas State University and from Southwestern Graduate School of Banking. He is an accomplished mortgage veteran and leader in his community, Mr. Smith is dedicated to various philanthropic causes, which are reflected in PrimeSource’s culture and commitment to missions in Africa and other efforts to assist those less fortunate.
Randy Compton
Controller
Randy Compton, CPA with CORE Business Advisors, PLLC, brings CFO services to the company. With over 30 years of accounting experience Mr. Compton has worked extensively with public companies and in the financial services industry, and has developed a strong expertise in operations and finance.

Randy Stevens joined PrimeSource in 2011 after growing a successful regional mortgage banking operation over the last nine years. In addition to Randy’s significant entrepreneurial experience in the Mortgage Banking and Insurance industries, his career has included other diverse roles ranging from process management to fraud investigation. His previous service as President of the Mortgage Professionals of Iowa included meetings with the state attorney general, testimony at hearings and industry advocacy at the state and nation's capitols. Randy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Iowa Wesleyan College as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Drake University. He is a proud member of the National Eagle Scout Association.
Samuel B. Morelli, CMB
Senior Vice President
Samuel B. Morelli joined PSMI in 2011. Seasoned mortgage industry executive of over 35 years, former head of the national retail branch network and national wholesale lending operations of Eagle National Bank. Prior to joining Eagle, Samuel was President and COO of Sunset Mortgage Co., L.P., where he managed the national retail branch network of 300 branches and national wholesale lending operations. He served as the former Executive Vice President of Patriot Lending Services and was the Regional Vice President of Patriot Mortgage Co., L.P., prior to joining Sunset and served as Vice President of the Mortgage Banking Group of Equibank prior to his tenure at Patriot. Samuel was the former Executive Vice President at both Springfield Federal Savings and Loan Association and United Savings Association prior to his tenure with Equibank. Samuel holds the distinguished Certified Mortgage Banker designation. He attended Temple University and is a graduate of the Institute of Financial Education School for Executive Development at the University of Connecticut. He is a member of the Advisory Council for the American Association of Residential Mortgage Regulators (AARMR). Samuel is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association at both the regional and national levels. He has served as past Chairman of the MBA of Pennsylvania and President of the MBA of Greater Philadelphia. He is a past member of the National MBA’s Residential Board of Governors (RESBOG) as well as its Board of Directors. He currently serves on various MBA Task Forces dealing with a multitude of Real Estate Finance Industry issues and is an instructor for Campus MBA’s School of Mortgage Banking. He is past Chairman of the Mortgage Banking Action Alliance.
