Performance Sports Group Announces Voting Results From 2014 Annual Meeting of Shareholders
NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 10/09/14 -- Performance Sports Group Ltd. (NYSE: PSG) (TSX: PSG) (the "Company"), announced today that all of the nominees listed in the management information circular dated August 27, 2014 were elected as directors of the Company at the Company's annual meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") held this morning at the Hyatt Andaz Wall Street in New York.
In addition to the election of each of the nominees discussed in detail below, KPMG LLP was appointed as auditor of the Company.
Election of Directors
According to proxies received and a vote by ballot, the following nine director nominees, all of whom previously served as directors of the Company, were elected by a majority of the votes cast by shareholders present or represented by proxy at the Meeting to hold office until the close of the next annual meeting of the Company's shareholders, or until their successors are elected or appointed.
