Mr. Tudor is the founder and chief executive officer of the company and brings with him a background of both management and operational experience.  In the past, Mr. Tudor has managed an automotive business, a four-star dining establishment, and a landscaping business.  A seasoned executive, Mr. Tudor has spent the past thirty years involved in the management and implementation of innovations within various industries.  Mr. Tudor has spent the past five years researching and developing the GR8 Water Factory to provide an eco-friendly solution to the water crisis that is threatening the planet.  Several patents are pending as a result of Mr. Tudor’s work.

John P. Faurote

President

Mr. Faurote has 16 years of experience in various design, development, manufacturing and marketing capacities. Mr. Faurote began his career with Formula Boats as its Creative Director managing a 1 Million Dollar marketing budget. Mr. Faurote joined Playwerks Toys as its head of Product Development and Procurement, overseeing the design, development and manufacturing of toys. During his time at Playwerks, revenue increased from $5 million to $32 million in two years. Mr. Faurote joined Snap Creative Manufacturing as the Director of New Business Development where he worked closely with clients to provide the most cost efficient, turn-key solutions at or under budget. Mr. Faurote joined Lighting Resources, LLC, the nation's largest privately held lamp recycler, where he specialized in brand development and the launch of a prepaid mail-back division of the organization called EZ on the Earth.
