Lee Miller
Chief Executive Officer
Chairman of the Board

Dr. Miller, a PGA member, is well known for his knowledge of advanced materials in metals and composites, and applies that knowledge to make the fine playing clubs that the company is noted for. He is a serial entrepreneur who historically acquired and sold (non-golf and golf) companies supplying high-tech products to GE Aircraft Engines, GE Armament, Lockheed, McDonnell Douglas, NASA, Zimmer, Chrysler, Ford, Wright Patterson Air Force Base, and the United States Defense Department. He began his career with United States Steel Chemicals in Operations and Merger and Acquisitions. He received an education in Mechanical Engineering from MDTA, his Accounting and Financial Analysis at Davenport College, Corporate Law at Franklin University, and earned his MBA and Ph.D. from the University of Beverly Hills. He was (Honorary) Vice Chairman for Checker Motors, under Chairman Ed Cole, the former President of General Motors and one of his mentors. He is a PGA and Senior PGA Tour member. He is a former member of the New York Academy of Sciences, the US Senate Advisory Board, and the General Motors Advisory Board. He appears in such notable publications as "Who's Who in the World", "Who's Who in Finance and Industry", "Who's Who in Business", Sterling Oxford University's edition of "World Intellectuals", and numerous other publications. He has contributed many technical material articles and frequent lectures to the Advanced Materials Research & Development departments at Lockheed, NASA, General Motors, Steelcase and Michigan State University.


David Otterbach
Chief Operating Officer
Secretary of the Board

Mr. Otterbach has been Feel Golf's Chief Operating Officer since March, 2007 and is the Company's Board Secretary.  He has a broad business background from multiple industries historically serving on the Board of Directors of several companies.  Mr. Otterbach's 15 + years experience in the Securities Industry included serving as a Senior Vice President with Drexel Burnham Lambert, Lehman Brothers and other Wall Street firms, as well as a Managing Partner of a private Hedge Fund Group.  During his tenure, he was actively involved in numerous transactions involving treasury, structured financings, trading, international markets and public & private equity that led to initial public offerings (IPO) and acquisitions.  Later, he founded a consulting firm serving general business and start-ups where he successfully implemented new client Company marketing, sales & business strategies that led to turn-arounds, profitability and liquidity events.  He then co-founded Sensory-View of America, a technology company based in Austin, TX where he served as a Director and COO for 5 years.   Mr. Otterbach graduated from Georgia Tech with a BSBC and received his MBA with Honors from Texas State University.


David Worrell
Director

Mr. Worrell an accomplished entrepreneur, analyst and investment banker brings financial and strategic operational expertise to the company. Mr. Worrell also concurrently serves as Director of Emerging Business Services for Triarch Capital Partners, an Investment Banking firm. He was a founding partner of Monterey Venture Partners, Director of Corporate Development with the Chicago Tokyo Group, and President of InfoQuest International, a technology firm he sold in 1999. He has taught International Business Planning and Analysis at a Top-10 MBA school.

Mr. Worrell serves on the Board of Directors of the Business Innovation and Growth Council in Charlotte, North Carolina. He is a regular contributor to Entrepreneur magazine on finance topics, and is also fluent in Japanese.

Mr. Worrell earned his BA degree in International Business from The Ohio State University.
