Stanley P. Jaworski, Jr.
Chairman of the Board

Most recently Mr. Jaworski served as VP, Global Marketing at the Comodo Group, a cyber security software innovator, where he developed a strategic platform and new enterprise marketing organization to focus on delivering enterprise security solutions. Prior to Comodo, he spent a combined twenty-five years in the Enterprise Mobility space with Motorola Solutions and Symbol Technologies. At Motorola Solutions, Mr. Jaworski was Vice President, Marketing for the Americas and at Symbol he spent nearly two decades taking on roles of increasing responsibility in marketing, channels and field operations. During that time he served as Vice President, Worldwide Channels and Alliances where he played a significant role in the development of the Enterprise Mobility channel. Before that he served as Symbol's Vice President, Worldwide Corporate Marketing. Additionally, Mr. Jaworski served as Chief Marketing Officer for VBrick Systems, Inc. and Vice President of Worldwide Channel Marketing for NetApp, Inc.

Stanley Jaworski has an MBA from Long Island University and a bachelor's degree in education from the State University of New York. He is also a member of Delta Mu Delta, the National Honor Society of Business Administration.


Steven Smith
Chief Executive Officer

Mr Smith  was appointed Chief Executive Officer on April 11, 2016. Mr. Smith has over 35 years of experience in technology company sales and field operations, with the last 25 focused on DecisionPoint Systems' core automatic identification and data capture (AIDC) market.

Mr. Smith started his career as a sales account manager with Burroughs Corporation in 1977, assuming the role of Zone Manager less than two years later. He joined Telex Computer Products in 1981, and progressed through a series of sales and management roles over the following nine years, consistently earning recognition as a leading performer, including seven times as a "Millionaires Club" member.

Steve began his focus on the AIDC industry in 1991, when he joined Ericsson Communications as Director of Sales and Marketing, with responsibilities over a pioneering mobile computing product there. He joined Symbol Technologies in 1995, as its Director of Business Development for its newly formed Transportation & Logistics business unit. Mr. Smith's leadership contributions in that and a subsequent role as VP, Global Accounts, were instrumental in the emergence of this sector as a leading growth engine for Symbol. In recognition of those accomplishments, Mr. Smith was promoted to the position of Division VP and GM in 2002.

Starting in 2006 Mr. Smith served as Sr. Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Services at Intelleflex, a Silicon Valley-based company delivering innovative solutions around radio frequency identification (RFID) technologies, building out its go-to-market team and strategies from the company's earliest stages, and securing major wins, including with The Boeing Company. Most recently, he has served in key sales leadership roles in Motorola Solutions and Zebra Technologies, immediate past and current owners of the former Symbol Technologies business, with responsibilities for global accounts such as The Coca-Cola Company and PepsiCo.


Rich Bravman
Director

Rich Bravman is an entrepreneurial leader with over 37 years of functional, general management and board level experience in technology companies ranging in scale from start-ups to global S&P 500 public companies, and across the growth stages in-between. Mr. Bravman is currently serving in the role of COO of Affinity Solutions, the industry leader in precision marketing platform solutions.

His earlier roles included President and CEO of Pivot3, a venture-backed supplier of converged storage/compute appliances; Vice President, Corporate Development and CMO for NCR; and Chairman and CEO of Intelleflex Corporation, a provider of on-demand data visibility solutions for cold chain and asset management.

Mr. Bravman spent the first 25 years of his career in a variety of roles at Symbol Technologies (recently acquired by Zebra Systems). He joined Symbol in 1978 as its fifth employee, held numerous positions with increasing responsibilities and most recently served as the company's vice chairman and CEO. Rich received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.


James F. DeSocio
Director

Jim DeSocio has more than 20 years of international enterprise software sales experience. As the current Executive Vice President of Field Operations at XRS Corporation, he is responsible for enterprise license revenue, professional services sales and implementation and business development and partner programs. Prior to XRS, Mr. DeSocio served as Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Business Development at Antenna Software. From Dec 2007 through June 2012, Mr. DeSocio grew Antenna's annual bookings fourfold. Prior to that, Mr. DeSocio was Chief Executive Officer of Riskclick Inc., a venture-funded startup focused on developing a cloud-based underwriting solution for the property and casualty insurance market, which was sold to Skywire Software in 2007; the combined company was sold to Oracle in June 2008. Mr. DeSocio also held various roles with Lawson, now Infor, and was leader of its successful IPO. Mr. DeSocio holds a business administration degree from Rutgers University.


John Guttilla
Director

John Guttilla is a Partner in the accounting firm of RotenbergMeril where he is a member of the firm's management committee and the firm's director of Financial Services Department.  RotenbergMeril are the independent registered public accountants' for Air Industries Group (NYSE MKT: AIRI) where Mr. Guttilla serves as the engagement partner. He is also a director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Orchids Paper Products Company (NYSE MKT: TIS).

Mr. Guttilla is a certified public accountant and holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Fordham University and a Masters in Taxation from St. John's University.


Robert Schroeder
Director

Mr. Schroeder has served as Vice President of Investment Banking of Taglich Brothers, Inc. since 1993 and specializes in advisory services and capital raising for small public and private companies. Prior to that, Mr. Schroeder served as a Senior Equity Analyst publishing sell-side research on publicly traded companies, and has served in various positions in the brokerage and public accounting industry. Mr. Schroeder received a B.S. degree in accounting and economics from New York University. He currently serves on the board of directors of Air Industries Group (a NYSE-listed company), a manufacturer of aerospace parts and assemblies, Globalwise Investments, Inc. (an OTCBB-listed company), a provider of cloud-based enterprise content management solutions, and privately held APR LLC, an automotive engineering firm providing performance aftermarket products and software.


Paul A Seid
Director

Paul A. Seid has served as CEO of RST Automation, a hospital instrumentation automation developer, for the last two years. For the past fifteen years he has been President of Strategic Data Marketing, a research and data collection company. Mr. Seid is a director of BG Staffing, Inc. (OTCQB: BGSF), a national temporary staffing company, and BioVentrix, Inc., a privately owned medical device company whose products are directed at heart failure treatment.


Michael N. Taglich
Director

Michael N. Taglich is the Chairman and President of Taglich Brothers, Inc., a New York City-based securities firm that he co-founded in 1992. Taglich Brothers, Inc. focuses on public and private micro-cap companies in a wide variety of industries. Mr. Taglich serves on the Board of Directors of Air Industries Group, an aerospace and defense company (NYSE MKT: AIRI), of which he is Chairman of the Board, and Bridgeline Digital, Inc., a technology company that enables its customers to maximize the performance of their mission-critical websites, intranets and online stores (NASDAQ Capital MKT: BLIN). He also serves as a director of a number of private companies, including BioVentrix, Inc., a privately owned medical device company whose products are directed at heart failure treatment, and Caldera Pharmaceuticals Inc., a drug screening company.  Mr. Taglich brings extensive professional experience, which spans various aspects of senior management, including finance, operations and strategic planning.
