Alan B. Levan
Chairman

Alan B. Levan has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of BFC and its predecessors since 1978. Mr. Levan is also Chairman, President and CEO of BankAtlantic Bancorp and Chairman of Bluegreen Corporation. He possesses extensive experience in the management of portfolio companies and serves on the board of directors of Benihana, Inc.

Mr. Levan has spearheaded BankAtlantic's commitment to support Habitat for Humanity in that organizations effort to eradicate poverty housing in Florida. He is the recipient of the Spirit of Humanity Award, as well as the Nova Southeastern University Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame Award. He established the BankAtlantic Foundation in 1994. Its charitable contributions support a wide array of activities in the arts, education, social welfare and community and economic development.

A resident of Broward County, Florida, Mr. Levan is a Trustee of Nova Southeastern University and former Chairman of the Board of Directors of Broward Community College Foundation. Mr. Levan is a graduate of Tulane University.

John E. Abdo
Vice Chairman

John E. Abdo has been the Vice Chairman of BFC Financial Corporation since 1993 and Director since 1988. Mr. Abdo has been the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Executive Committee of BankAtlantic Bancorp, Inc. since 1987. He is also Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bluegreen Corporation, and a member of the Board of Directors of Benihana, Inc.

A successful real estate investor and developer in his own right, Mr. Abdo has made a career of developing residential communities as well as commercial structures throughout South Florida for more than 25 years. His company has built over 5,000 residences, which for a time made it one of the largest residential builders in Florida's Broward County. Mr. Abdo has a wide range of contacts and experience in diverse industries.

Mr. Abdo is the President of the Broward Performing Arts Foundation, a $60 million theater for the Performing Arts that serves all of South Florida and a member of the Board of Directors of PACA (Performing Arts Authority). He is a graduate of Florida State University.

D. Keith Cobb

D. Keith Cobb has served as a director of Alliance Data Systems Corporation since June 2004. Mr. Cobb has served as a business consultant and strategic advisor for a number of companies since 1996. Mr. Cobb completed a six-year term on the Board of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, Miami Branch in 2002. He spent 32 years as a practicing certified public accountant for KPMG, LLP, including as the National Managing Partner - Financial Services, Mr. Cobb was vice chairman and chief executive officer of Alamo Rent-a-Car, Inc. from 1995 until its sale in 1996. Mr. Cobb is currently a director of BankAtlantic Bancorp, Inc., BFC Financial Corp., RHR International, Inc., and the Wayne Huizenga Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University. Mr. Cobb holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Southern Mississippi.

Darwin C. Dornbush

Darwin Dornbush has been a Partner in the law firm of Dornbush Schaeffer Strongin & Venaglia, LLP since 1964. Mr. Dornbush also serves as Secretary of Cantel Medical Corp., a healthcare company, and he has served as Secretary of Benihana and its predecessor since 1983. In addition, during February 2009, Mr. Dornbush rejoined the Board of Directors of Benihana, as Chairman of the Board, after serving as a Director of Benihana from 1995 through 2005.

Mr. Dornbush has served as a Director of BFC Financial Corporation since September 2009.

Oscar J. Holzmann

Oscar Holzmann has been director of the BFC Financial Corporation since 2002. Mr. Holzmann has been an Associate Professor of Accounting at the University of Miami since 1980. He received his Ph.D. in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University in 1974.

Jarett S. Levan

Jarett S. Levan is the President of BankAtlantic Bancorp and the Chief Executive Officer and President of BankAtlantic and has served in various capacities at BankAtlantic, including as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer; President, Alternative Delivery; President, BankAtlantic.com; and Manager of Investor Relations. Mr. Levan joined BankAtlantic as an Attorney in the Legal Department in January 1998. He has also served as a Director of BankAtlantic Bancorp since 1999.

Mr. Levan has served as a Director of BFC Financial Corporation since September 2009.

Joel Levy

Joel Levy has served as a Director of BFC Financial Corporation since September 2009. Mr. Levy is currently the Vice Chairman of Adler Group, Inc., a commercial real estate company, and he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Adler Group, Inc. from 1984 through 2000. Mr. Levy also serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of JLRE Consulting, Inc.

Alan J. Levy

Alan J. Levy is the Founder and, since 1980, has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Great American Farms, Inc., an agricultural company involved in the farming, marketing and distribution of a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables.

Mr. Levy has served as a Director of BFC Financial Corporation since September 2009.

William R. Nicholson

William Nicholson has been a Principal with Heritage Capital Group since 2003. Since 2004, Mr. Nicholson has also served as President of WRN Financial Corporation and, since 2008, he has been a Principal with EXP Loan Services LLC.

Mr. Nicholson has served as a Director of BFC Financial Corporation since September 2009.

Neil A. Sterling

Neil Sterling has been director of the BFC Financial Corporation since 2003. Mr. Sterling has been the principal of The Sterling Resources Group, a business development-consulting firm in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, since 1998.

Seth M. Wise

Seth M. Wise serves as Executive Vice President and Director of BFC Financial Corporation and President of Woodbridge Holdings, LLC. Mr. Wise began his career in commercial lending at BankAtlantic. Mr. Wise spent 5 years in retail real estate development as an executive with the Washington, D.C. based Targoff and Company and then joined the Abdo Companies as a development partner in 1996. In 2001, he joined Woodbridge Holdings as President of its commercial development subsidiary. He then became Executive Vice President of Woodbridge Holdings in 2003 and ultimately named its President in 2005.

Mr. Wise earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Florida. He serves as an Executive Committee member of the Real Estate Advisory Board of the Center for Real Estate Studies at the University of Florida, the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), and an Executive Committee member of the South-East Florida/Caribbean Council of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
