Remo, Chairman/CEO of American Diversified Holdings Corporation (Pink Sheets:ADHC), announced today that the company has retained the services of World Renowned Anti-Aging and Wellness Physician Dr. George Weiss M.D. of La Jolla, California as a member of the Medical and Scientific Advisory Board to assist in recognizing opportunities in the stem cell technology arena.

Dr. Weiss received his medical degree from Autonomous University of Guadalajara and Rutgers University and Beth Israel Medical Center in 1978.
