Ernest B. Remo
Chairman & CEO

Mr. Remo whose career in Wall Street spanned thirty years where he was involved in all areas of the institutional bond and equity business. After starting at the bond underwriting firm of Halsey, Stuart & Co., Inc., he later was associated with Oppenheimer & Company in New York, Montgomery Securities in San Francisco and finished in New York at Scotia McLeod where he was Manager, U.S. Equity Sales and Research and finally at Nikko Securities where he served as Chairman. Investment Policy Committee.

Mr. Remo has served on the boards of various public companies, including being Chairman of Icon Laser Eye Centers, a Toronto based and TSE listed eye surgery company and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Vision America, a Memphis based and Nasdaq listed ophthalmic practice management company. He was also Chairman/CEO of Eyemakers, Inc., a Dallas, Texas based optometric practice management and Lasik clinic operator.

Mr. Remo's extensive activity in the medical area also included being Chairman of IGEA Salus, a Rome, Italy based operator of dialysis clinics and finally as Chairman/CEO of ADHC.

Mr. Remo has also acted as an advisor to a number of other companies, both public and private and is now concentrating his efforts, through ADHC, to finding new medical treatment of disease through the uses of Stem Cell research and therapy.


Howard M. McEldowney
Independent Director

Mr. McEldowney, whose lifelong career in the investment management arena which started at Chemical Bank in New York City has brought his understanding of all areas of public companies to the board of ADHC.

Mr. McEldowney, who was a founding partner of Harris, Bretall & McEldowney, a San Francisco based institutional money management firm was also for 20  years Chairman of Franklin Management Inc. the money management division of Franklin Templeton,  the San Mateo, CA based NYSE listed mutual fund and money management firm.

Mr. McEldowney currently manages institutional and individual money on a private basis.
