FORT MYERS, Fla., May 2, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Alico, Inc. ("Alico") (ALCO - News), a land management company primarily engaged in a variety of agribusiness pursuits, announced that its Board of Directors, at a meeting held on April 27, 2012, declared a third quarter cash dividend in the amount of $0.04 per share on its outstanding common stock. The dividend is to be paid to shareholders of record as of June 29, 2012, with the payment expected on July 16, 2012.
