("Alico") (Nasdaq:ALCO), an American agribusiness and land management company, announced that its Board of Directors, at a meeting held on December 18, 2013, declared a second quarter cash dividend in the amount of $0.12 per share on its outstanding common stock. The dividend is to be paid to shareholders of record as of March 31, 2014, with payment expected on April 14, 2014.
