Per Share Cash Dividend of Eight Cents to be Paid on July 15, 2013

FORT MYERS, Fla., May 2, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Alico, Inc. ("Alico") (Nasdaq:ALCO), an American agribusiness and land management company, announced that its Board of Directors, at a meeting held on May 2, 2013, declared a third quarter cash dividend in the amount of $0.08 per share on its outstanding common stock. The dividend is to be paid to shareholders of record as of June 28, 2013 with payment expected on July 15, 2013.
